La Traviata

LA TRAVIATA the famous tragic opera that tells the absorbing tale of a Parisan courtesan who sacrifices all for love, marks Dama International Opera's inaugural collaborative production of experimental reduced-cast opera work.

Featuring an international line-up of singers and theatre practitioners, the show will be sung in Italian, with narration in English and English and Chinese surtitles; and will be completed with integrated stage direction, costumes, lighting design and piano accompaniment. The lead role of Violetta Valery will be played by Soprano Sonia Rodriguez Bermejo from Spain while Alfredo Germont and Giorgio Germont are performed by South Koreans Hara Jeon and Jidan Kim respectively.
